Schedule & locations

1pm & 4pm: Talespinner Children’s Theatre – The Snowy Day and Other Stories by Ezra Jack Keats (pay-what-you-choose ticketing)

2pm: Group run from Gordon Square Arcade (6516 Detroit Ave) to Public Square and back (holiday costumes encouraged), with a free post-run beverage

2-4pm: Locally produced short films at the Capitol Theatre (1390 W. 65th St) with free admission at any time

2-6pm:

  • Live performances in front of the Capitol Theatre by dance teams and Papo Ruiz y la Dulzura de la Salsa, surrounded by fire pits, free s’mores kits and a hot beverages bar
  • Free Kid Zone at Near West Theatre (6702 Detroit Avenue) with hands-on crafts
  • “Snow Day Gallery” with visual artwork for purchase and local artists to meet (6421 Detroit Avenue)
  • Resource fair and free photos with Santa at the Gordon Square Arcade
  • Free COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters at The Centers (W 54th & Detroit trolley stop)
  • Shopping and trolley stops at Queer the Halls Artisan Market at the LGBT Center, Cleveland Bazaar at 78th Street Studios, the Lorain Avenue Antiques District and other local businesses

3pm – Near West Theatre – Drag Queen Story Hour (pay-what-you-can ticketing)


Theatre After Dark – Stay in the Gordon Square Arts District after the festival to enjoy ticketed performances at these theatres. Pre-purchasing tickets is strongly encouraged.

  • 7:30pm: Cleveland Public Theatre – How the Circus Stole Christmas (choose-what-you-pay ticketing)
  • 8pm: Blank Canvas Theatre at 78th Street Studios – The Last Starfighter
  • Capitol Theatre – New films at multiple show times
