Snettisham Whirling Wader Spectacular is a 5-day, 4-night small-group wildlife photography tour to Norfolk, guided by Dion Hitchcock of UK Photo Tours. Max 5 photographers, focused on the RSPB Snettisham wader spectacle, where incoming high tides push tens of thousands of knots, oystercatchers and other waders into dramatic whirling flocks above The Wash.

Itinerary:
Day 1 starts with the evening tide at RSPB Snettisham. Day 2 brings a pre-dawn session followed by an afternoon exploring the reserve's hides. Days 3 and 4 work both tidal sessions each day, with a guided post-processing session along the way. Day 5 closes with a final dawn session before the return journey to London.

How physically demanding is this workshop? Low to moderate. Walking on shingle banks can be tiring and you may be standing for extended periods, with essential pre-dawn starts. Warm, windproof and waterproof clothing is recommended, along with wellies or waterproof boots.
