Guests artists Deanna Karlheim Stanton and Andrew Pryzbylowicz from Ballet Arkansas are dancing the principal roles in Hot Springs Children’s Dance Theater’s upcoming spring production of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’. A special preview of the much-loved production and excerpts from other ballets will take place at 3pm, Sunday 28th April, in the lobby of the magnificent Arlington Hotel. This performance features in the wonderful program of cultural events held during the 10-day arts Festival, the Arts & the Park. The Festival was created by the Hot Springs Area Cultural Arts Alliance to showcase the breadth and quality of the arts in Hot Springs. Donations received during the performance at the Arlington Hotel will go towards the Dance Theatre’s outreach program and recent relocation expenses. Mrs. Stanton and Mr. Pryzbylowicz perform courtesy of Ballet Arkansas.
“A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” The full-length ballet will open at 7pm, May 17, 2024 at LakePointe Church. Additional matinee and evening performances will take place on May 18, also at LakePointe Church. The final production be held at 7pm, Tuesday May 21at the Woodlands Auditorium, Hot Springs Village.
