Join the Shawnee County Democrats every second Saturday each month for light refreshments and casual conversation in Kansas politics.
We will have a different host each month to supply a simple continental breakfast style spread and a great space to get together.
Please feel free to attend and invite your Democratic circle to get together and talk about how we can keep moving forward as a party, volunteer for important events and get the vote out.
This fall, we will be inviting all our Democratic candidates running for office. In October, we will have a focus on candidates running for Kansas Senate and our Congressional District 2.
We are also encouraging candidates to invite their volunteers and we are encouraging our Shawnee County supports to attend and potentially knock on doors for a canvassing event afterwards.
Everyone is encourage to start a conversation thread here to raise their hands and get involved.
