Connections is offering informational workshops based off of a new grant that we were awarded by National Council on Aging. Connections is a Benefits Enrollment Center. We help older adults with low incomes and younger adults with disabilities find and sign up for programs that can give financial help and support.These SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formerly known as food stamps) workshops break down the application process and eligibility requirements needed to apply. If you already have SNAP benefits, have you heard about the Double Up program?
Come meet with Certified Benefit Enrollment Counselors to learn more information or to apply for benefits.
