When food and water was cut off from Gaza on October 9th, Penny Wong said it was "very difficult from over here to make judgements" about what was clearly collective punishment.When yet unproven claims about UNRWA, one of the only sources of food, water, healthcare, and employment in Gaza, were made by Israel, Penny Wong immediately suspended funding to the agency.
Penny Wong will be at ANU on Thursday 7th, peacefully conducting business as usual while tens of thousands lie dead in Gaza.
We can't let these politicians know a moment of peace while their actions starve Palestinians and provide political cover for their genocide.
