Snake Oil Preachers:
Since 2017 the Snake Oil Preachers have sung of Sin, Salvation, Damnation and Redemption. Based in Canberra, they make country punk for city slackers, and will be bringing their formidable live show back to the Gasoline Pony stage for a special Saturday arvo headline slot.
Matt Malone & the Holy Spirits:
Matt Malone is an iconoclastic singer-songwriter hailing from the goldfields region of Victoria, Australia, and he will be performing a special solo electric set for us at the Pony this time around!
Matt’s bold baritone / tenebrous imagery have often been compared to Michael Gira, Nick Cave, David Eugene Edwards, Mark Lanegan, Johnny Cash + he has cultivated a cult audience with his intense live performances having shared the stage with the likes of Kim Salmon (Beasts Of Bourbon) + Hugo Race (Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds) on many prestigious stages across Australia and overseas.
