Ryann Cooke is the CEO and founder of RYS - A BIPOC centered sober app that celebrates personal identity, sobriety, sober curiosity, and encourages individuals to embrace their unique paths to recover. She is a Washington,D.C. native and currently resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Through RYS, Ryann aims to create an inclusive and joyful sobriety movement that inspires individuals to break free or take a break from alcohol.

Ryann's passion for sobriety is deeply rooted in her personal experience as a sober woman. She has now channeled her energy into creating a sober community that is as fun as it is supportive. RYS was built to provide a safe community with creative tools and resources to help folks stay sober, learn about sobriety, and enjoy the journey. RYS hosts virtual support groups, provides daily affirmations to your phone, progress tracking, and educational resources on sobriety.
