About this Event

An intimate experience of creativity, connections and intentions ✨

CONNECT

Arrive gently with ceremonial cacao and an opening circle, then take part in a guided meditation honouring Country, the gifts of the Earth, the trees, the winged souls who provided the feathers, and the stories carried by the natural elements. Connect with your intention and envision what you are about to create.

CREATE

Craft your own personal smudge fan, guided through the process with plenty of freedom to follow your intuition. Personalise it with feathers, crystals, leather, wire, natural elements and meaningful details. Tea and snacks will be available throughout, and there may be extra nature-inspired creating for those who finish early.

INFUSE

Return to the ceremony space for a guided integration meditation and blessing. Slow down and connect with what you have created, infusing it with your intention, love and meaning.

INTEGRATE

Finish with a short sound healing to receive and integrate the experience, followed by a final sharing circle to reflect on the journey.

How this event took shape…

After seeing the smudge fan I made for myself, a few people started asking if I could make one for them.

Then, during a Breathwork session, someone gave me an idea that stayed with me:

“What if you ran a workshop and taught people to make their own?”

And I thought… yes. ✨

So here I am, creating something new: a small, intimate creative experience where you’ll have the opportunity to craft your own smudge fan, surrounded by feathers, crystals, natural elements and meaningful little details you can choose to make it uniquely yours.

Creativity and teaching have always been a big part of my life. Before Breathwork, I taught cake decorating across WA and New Zealand, sharing my passion for creating with close to 1,000 adults and children along the way.

This new experience feels like a beautiful meeting point between that part of me and the work I’m now doing through Breathwork.

We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, followed by guided meditation, time to create, space to connect with your intention, and a closing sound healing to help you integrate and embody what you’ve just created.
