Join us for the SMS Empowerment Workshop: How AI Can Save You Time and Energy.
Between parenting, work, school, household responsibilities, and everything else on your plate, there never seems to be enough time in the day. Fortunately, new AI tools can help simplify tasks, spark ideas, improve organization, and free up valuable time and mental energy.
Whether you're curious about AI, already experimenting with tools, or wondering what all the buzz is about, this workshop will provide practical, real-world examples you can start using right away.
We are excited to welcome Lisa Chandra, Director of Client Experience at Capitol Tech Solutions. Lisa brings expertise in business strategy, operations, HR, data science, and change management, along with a passion for helping people work more efficiently and effectively.

No technical experience is required.

Childcare
- Childcare is available for children ages 2–11 (potty trained or training)
- Teens ages 12 and older are welcome to volunteer alongside our early childhood educators
- Childcare pre-registration is required and space is limited
- Single Mom Strong is a licensed childcare provider with an on-site classroom
- Children will enjoy a fun and engaging experience while parents participate in the workshop.
About the Presenter
Lisa Chandra is a local technology leader with expertise in business strategy, operations, HR, data science, and change management. She is a women's leadership mentor, Girl Scout volunteer, and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. As Director of Client Experience at Capitol Tech Solutions, she leads company-wide initiatives focused on elevating client satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Returning to Single Mom Strong as a guest speaker, Lisa is excited to share practical ways AI can help busy moms save time and energy.
