What or why smooth Savoy?Some people associate Lindy Hop or Savoy style as being super fast, jumpy, and acrobatic. While YES, this can be true, those are not the ONLY characteristics of the dance.
This workshop will focus on OG movements and ways to honor and understand social dancing, through technique.
SMOOTH SAVOY: A Swinging Workshop
Focusing on footwork variations and social dance techniques.
Ever wanted to perfect your spins, need new footwork variations, want to use basics in a different way?
**NOTE: please be comfortable or familiar with 6 count and 8 count Lindy Hop. Or have some experience in Lindy or swing dancing. This will start with beginning concepts and build up to Int/Adv.
Then come join us! Saturday March 15th from 12-4pm
