Join Joie for Smooth Grooves I: Cheetah Girls Edition 🐾 — a dance-based conditioning class inspired by the iconic movies we all know and love! This weekend we begin our series for The Cheetah Girls!

This all-levels class blends:☆ A nostalgic Cheetah Girls–inspired playlist☆ Stretch + strengthening exercises to wake up the body☆ A bonus dance combo channeling your inner Cheetah Sister

Whether you’re a lifelong dancer or just want to move your body and vibe, this class is about feeling fierce, free, and fabulous - because “together we can!"
