Autumn is here, which means it’s time for pumpkin spice, cozy sweaters, and sweating your f*cking ass off in Los Angeles.
So naturally, Smoke Show has to get HOT FOR FALL!
Expect Oktoberfest, pumpkin spice, questionable weather, and all the other things that make fall in Los Angeles feel like a personal attack.
But wait, what the hell is Smoke Show?
Well, it’s a comedy pageant!
Every month, three comedians compete in a series of chaotic games and pageant-style challenges, all building toward one very important moment:
The crowning of the Smoke Show Superstar.
This month, **Megan Gailey, Jack Robichaud, and Guy Branum** are competing for the crown, with our resident queen, **Jodie Sweetin**, presiding over the whole ridiculous affair.
It’s all going down Friday, October 2nd at 7:30pm at Lyric Hyperion in Silver Lake.
Come get HOT FOR FALL.
Because you’re going to be sweaty anyway.
Jodie Sweetin is an actress, author, podcaster, and advocate, best known as Stephanie Tanner on Full House and Fuller House. She cohosts the How Rude, Tanneritos! podcast with Andrea Barber and now focuses on stand-up and live comedy, co-producing this monthly LA show with comedy writers Sabrina and Gia Cognata. Offstage, she's vocal in activism and mental health advocacy, using her platform to support others..
Megan Gailey is a Los Angeles-based comedian, writer, and actor originally from Indianapolis. She’s written for Pause with Sam Jay, The Roast of Tom Brady, The ESPYs, and Lights Out with David Spade, and has appeared on The Tonight Show, Conan, and Comedy Central. Her new stand-up special, Live From My Driveway, is streaming now.
Jack Robichaud is a Los Angeles-based stand-up comedian, writer, and actor and one-third of the sketch comedy group Dead Kevin. A Just for Laughs New Face, Jack has written for Comedy Central and Adult Swim and appeared in Dream Corp LLC, Corporate, and Gilly and Keeves: The Special. He also stars in the comedy American Comic.
Guy Branum is an Emmy and Golden Globe-winning comedian, writer, actor, and producer. He’s a writer and producer on Hacks and has been performing comedy for over two decades. Guy recently returned from the Edinburgh Fringe, where he debuted his solo show Be Fruitful.
