About this Event
This year asked a lot of us. Some days we walked into our era, some days we walked in silence, and some days we were just letting go of what was haunting us. Through it all, you’re still here, and that’s worth celebrating.
Join Black Girls Smile Atlanta, Be Well Black Girl Initiative, and GirlTrek for the final Smiles & Miles walk of 2026. We’ll take a 5K loop through Midtown, starting at Atlantic Station and crossing the 17th Street Bridge. As we walk, we’ll reflect on one question: What are you most proud of yourself for this year?
Dress code
Wear lavender and cream.
Cost
Free. Registration is required, and space is limited to 50 walkers. If your plans change, please release your ticket so someone else can join.

What to expect
We’ll open with check-in and a stretch, then walk together at a comfortable pace with walk leaders at the front and back of the group. Every walker gets a grab-and-go bag with snacks, Liquid IV, and wellness resources.
What to bring
Comfortable shoes, water, and layers for the cool morning. Bring your stamp card if you have one.
Parking
Park in the Atlantic Station deck and meet at Purple 1. Parking is free for the first 2 hours, then $5 for 2–3 hours.
