We are bringing together business owners with purpose for an evening designed to expand your network, capture high-quality media assets, and drive business growth.

• 5:30 PM – 7:20 PM | Birthday Cake, Networking & Guest Pitch Sessions: Connect with fellow business owners, exchange contact information, and schedule your one-on-one follow-up meetings. We'll be kicking off the evening celebrating Houston’s birthday with cake! During this block, guests will also step into the studio to record their professional 30-to-60-second elevator pitch.

• 7:20 PM – 9:00 PM | Community Connector Studio Block: The studio shifts to our official Houston City Beat Community Connectors. Members will record their dedicated monthly media assets (including Business Spotlights, Community Service Announcements, or features for the Houston History Story Series).

• Strict Capacity: Limited to 50 business owners to maintain an intimate, high-value environment.
• Attire: Camera-ready professional or sharp business casual.
• Parking & Arrival: Please review the attached parking map prior to arrival to easily locate designated guest parking.

• Teleprompter Copy: We want you to look and sound your best! Please prepare a 30-to-60-second elevator pitch to be pre-loaded onto our studio teleprompter before your session.
• Scripts & Submissions: Need help crafting your message? Email [email protected] to request our script template or submit your final script.

As a thank-you for attending, every guest attendee receives one complimentary 30-to-60-second pitch video, no purchase or obligation required.

• Social-Ready Format: Filmed and edited in high-res 4K, optimized in a 9:16 vertical layout. (Note: While social platforms compress files upon upload, we deliver maximum source quality for the crispest look possible!)

• Future Sessions: Subsequent studio recording sessions incur a standard fee unless you are an active Houston City Beat Community Connector member.
