We are thrilled to collaborate with Sarah Wells of Wells Farms & Neil Stalboeger of Stalzy’s Deli to make the best smash burgers we’ve ever tasted! Learn to make Stalzy’s famous brioche buns and Deliciouser’s Tastes Like Victory spread, and we’ll demo how we make Sparkler spiced smash burgers with Wells’ local beef.Our history with Neil dates back to our time working together at Lombardino’s. We’re so happy to continue our relationship and are proud of his accomplishments at Stalzy’s, creating fantastic food steeped in tradition.
Wells Farms is passionate about building community around food by offering high-quality, locally raised beef, pork, and goat meats with a difference you can taste while connecting you to the people who raise it. Located in Rio, Wisconsin, Kenny and Sarah Wells, along with their young daughters, Maycee and Nola, have been raising premium quality meats and feeding their community since 2017, soon after they relocated to Wisconsin from their home state of Ohio. Their farm has grown from where they started only raising cattle to now raising and marketing their line of premium meats, including beef, pork, and goat.
