Due to falling 2 members short of the quorum at the July meeting, all voting decisions are invalid. This means that the AGM has to be run again at the August meeting.
All nominations will carry over and new ones can be submitted by completing the form in the link and emailing it to [email protected] no later than the 4th August 2025.

There are currently no nominations for Events Coordinator and the previous person has stepped down from the role. We encourage any members with an interest in organising cruises to nominate themselves.
We will also be presenting Greg Cunningham's life member nomination again.
Place – West Adelaide Football Club.
Time – Meetings start at 7pm.

At the AGM, all committee positions are declared vacant and nominations presented for each committee position. You can nominate yourself or someone else by completing the nomination form and returning it to the Secretary by Tuesday 5th August.

People generally start arriving from 5pm onwards and order dinner before the meeting.
Perks – SMASA members get $10 off their meal on presentation of their MemberJungle membership card, arrive early and have dinner and a chat before the meeting.
No memberships or club registrations are processed at our social meetings.
