SMAS engaging in Lean workshop

This event is aimed at outlining the easiest way to engage with your people to start to make improvements to the way work is done, and how these activities fit within the wider philosophy of lean.

This event will use a simulation to demonstrate these tools and techniques in an engaging way. It will take you through the change process and emphasise how best to achieve sustainable change.
