Smarter Orthodontics: Optimising Time, Clinical Control and Patient Care
About this Event
Orthodontic practice is evolving. The pressure is higher, the pace is faster, and expectations from both clinicians and patients continue to rise.
This session is built around one core idea: better control creates better care.
Dr Igor Lavrin explores how remote monitoring can support clearer clinical decision-making and stronger oversight across active treatment. Not as an add-on, but as a practical shift in how modern orthodontics is managed day to day.
You’ll walk away with practical approaches to:
- Understanding how remote monitoring strengthens clinical oversight
- Improving efficiency across daily practice operations
- Achieving a more connected and predictable patient experience
This event is for Orthodontists only. It is designed for teams working in high-volume environments who want to tighten systems, reduce friction, and keep control of clinical outcomes without slowing the practice down. Orthodontists are encouraged to also register key team members from their practice.
Dr Igor Lavrin brings deep academic and clinical experience to this topic. Raised in Melbourne and Hong Kong, he studied dentistry at the University of Adelaide, worked as a general dentist in Melbourne, and completed a Master’s degree in Orthodontics at Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2000. He is co-director of L&L Orthodontics in Melbourne, Australia with his wife, Dr. Sarah Lawrence. Together they leverage DentalMonitoring technology to gain better patient outcomes and harness practice efficiencies.
