Join us for a pollinator identification + training class in conjunction with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and UF/IFAS. the schedule for the day will be:• Class start – 10:00 am
• Welcome and introduction
• Butterfly basics and identification
• Lunch ~ 12:15 pm (slight change in time may occur)
• Bee basics and identification
• Veterans Memorial Park native plants and pollinators
• What's next
• On site butterfly and bee identification
• Class concludes - 4:00 pm
Please wear comfortable clothing + closed toe shoes as portions of the class will be hands on in the rain garden area.
