About this Event
The UK’s energy transition is accelerating, but as our energy system becomes smarter and more flexible, it risks benefitting some people while leaving others behind. Our Smart & Fair programme develops tools, methodologies, and insights to support the energy industry and policymakers in creating a future energy system that works fairly for everyone.
This half-day event will bring together policymakers, energy networks, innovators, and funders to reflect on the programme's progress and shape the next phase of change.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Hear how Smart & Fair is already delivering impact across the energy system.
- Explore future priorities for fairness in smart energy and whole-system planning.
- Participate in interactive activities, including mapping the system and sharing your organisation’s priorities.
- Connect with funders, networks, and innovators during networking drinks and refreshments.
This is a unique opportunity to learn, collaborate, and influence the next stage of the smart energy transition, with a focus on understanding barriers to participation, increasing consumer confidence, and delivering smart energy advice.
Spaces are limited. Register now to join the conversation and help shape a fairer energy future.
Smart & Fair is a research programme led by CSE, funded by SSEN and NGED.
