Small Mammal Survey

Join staff from Parks and Recreation's Natural Resources team as we complete our annual survey of small mammals to help us better understand the status and needs of our park.
Participants will go off-trail to gather pre-set Sherman traps, check their contents, and discover what's inside. We typically find mice, voles, and shrews, but wildlife is unpredictable and some years we get some truly unexpected finds.
