It's time, it's time...to practice & hone those Open Water Swim (OWS) skills! All levels are welcome (well...almost...see below).*Day: Wed’s
Dates: 6/19, 6/26, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31, 8/7
Time: 11:00AM -12:00 noon
Location: Quinn’s Pond (may move to Lucky Peak based on temps/crowds)
Format: 30min OWS skill instruction; 30min coached workout
Max: 6 swimmers
Required Equipment: swim cap, goggles, wetsuit, inflatable swim buoy
Cost: $20 / session
