Small Group Horticultural Therapy to Treat Anxiety

Join our small therapy group where we utilize EMDR/Somatic therapy techniques & horticultural therapy to tackle anxiety. In a supportive environment we help members process distressing memories while finding solace and growth through hands-on gardening activities. Together we cultivate resilience and calmness amidst life's challenges.

Group is led by April Ellis a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Horticultural Therapist (HTR). April specializes in the well-being of people dealing with depression anxiety and acute psychiatric problems. She utilizes her horticultural therapist credentials to design innovative therapeutic programs that encourage sensory engagement relaxation and a renewed sense of vitality for participants.
