Every other part of your Business Plan is dependent on the result of your Market Research and Analysis. The viability of the venture relies on information gained, for example, your sales forecast will directly influence the size of your operation and may influence your capital needs.
Operations Plan
Supply and Distribution
Describe the methods you will use/are using to supply and distribute your products/services. For example, will you/do you sell it yourself (B2C), or will you/do you use a third party (B2B).
Staffing and organisation
Because most business failures are the result of management problems, you need to develop some qualities to successfully operate your business such as personal characteristic, technical skills, food business experience and management skills.
Food Health & Safety
Be able to describe the procedures/policies you will/have put into place in order to meet your occupational health and safety responsibilities.
Financial Plan
This is central to the evaluation of your venture’s potential. Understand the eight sections to be completed:
