Small Coach™ Workshop – Money Matters Series

WHAT IS THE WORKSHOP?

The Small Coach™ Workshop is an interactive session designed to support individuals working on, or interested in starting, a small-scale real estate development project. The workshop combines entrepreneurial coaching with practical development insights to help participants evaluate where they are in their project journey.

Through guided self-assessment tools and peer discussions, participants will explore the challenges they are facing, identify personal or practical barriers that may be holding them back, and develop strategies to move their projects forward. The process is designed to help participants gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and build confidence in advancing their development goals.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

Time is spent on both personal skill development and deal structure exploration. Throughout the day participants will learn to better understand risks - which decisions are reversible, and which are not – and how to think about managing those risks.
