Small Claims Arbitrator Training in Brooklyn (April 2025 in-person)

This training will introduce attorneys to the legal standards applicable to small and commercial claims in the Small Claims Parts of the New York City Civil Court, procedures for conducting arbitrations and inquests, and provide tips for ensuring that you have positive interactions with the court and litigants. The training is open to attorneys admitted in New York for at least five years, or who have been court attorneys for two years.

This training will be in person at the Kings County Civil Court Courthouse.
