Small Business Health Check

Most businesses get into a rhythm doing the same thing day in, day out and often find it difficult to take time out of their routine to invest in self reflection and improvement.

This interactive session allows business owners to take a step back from working in their business to spend some valuable time working on their business. The focus will be on reviewing and improving various key business areas which are vital to the ongoing success of a small business.

This session includes a complimentary one hour follow up telephone call to assist in the implementation of the learnings in the session

• Staff performance;
• Financial performance;
• Risk management.

This online workshop will be recorded and made available for those registrants unable to attend the live event. Registrants will be emailed a link to the recording within 24 hours of the live event taking place. You will have a week to watch the video before the link expires.
