Small Business Ask-A-Lawyer

Sign up for a free 15-minute phone consultation with an attorney about small business issues in Clark County, Nevada. This will not include drafting documents or reviewing documents. You will have 15 minutes to talk to a pro bono attorney and get advice based on what you tell them.

Legal Aid Center is offering this program in collaboration with SCORE Mentors as they present small business seminars online throughout the year about various topics:

• January 28 - Business Legal Entities: How to Structure Your Business Entity
• March 25 - Protecting Your Business I: Working with Contracts
• May 27 - Protecting Your Business II: Working with Leases
• July 22 - Intellectual Property I: Patents & Copyrights
• September 23 - Intellectual Property II: Trademarks & Trade Secrets
• November 18 - Social Media & Cyberspace: Protecting Your Data & Reputation

The online seminars run from 2pm to 3pm, and you can register for them by visiting www.scorelv.org or calling 702-388-6104. Attorneys will call individuals following each seminar between 3pm and 5pm, which you can sign up for on this page.
