SMAC Community Meeting

You are invited to an in-person, all-SMAC meeting on Dec. 3rd! This is a great chance to shake up the routine, connect or get reaquainted with folks outside your organization, and be reminded how much you've accomplished!

Come learn about how our community is currently working to prevent and end homelessness, AND share your thoughts on what we need to change and improve for the future! This meeting will also be the kick-off for our Coordinated Entry Re-Design effort, so you don’t want to miss it!
