? WHAT IS SLÁN SOLAS?

Slán = goodbye, solas = light/brightness in Irish. Our mission is to nurture a mindful community in Dublin. We'll gather in the embrace of nature to witness the sun going down during a breathwork session carefully designed to reset your nervous system. This time we are keeping it wicked, setting up against the stunning backdrop of Dublin's Bay, at the top Killiney Hill, at the Witch's Hat.

This event is donation-based where we will share the donations with different charities throughtout the winter. We will aid Breast Cancer Ireland this time around.

Joining Allan for a Sunset breathwork session in April we are happy to introduce you Megan Nic Ruairi.

Meg's musical journey has been deeply influenced by her Irish heritage, a connection that shines through in her love for the Irish language and poetry, showcased as a member of family band Clann Mhic Ruairí. Her upbringing in Donegal, coupled with her experiences in London and Nottingham, England as well as her participation in the Dublin-based alternative ensemble, BIG LOVE has shaped her distinctive musical style.

Megan's debut EP, "Made Of Sin” was released on January 19th, 2024, marking a significant milestone in her musical career. The EP promises to further showcase Megan's exceptional talent for blending tradition with contemporary sensibilities.

? WHAT TO BRING?

All you need is something comfy to sit on and extra layers to keep you warm. Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and beverages, for a lovely communal picnic before or after the breathwork session.

As before we've secured incredible support, with some fantastic brands and businesses generously offering exciting giveaways this time! ? YogaHub is giving one lucky person a full year of on-demand yoga studio membership, paired with a 10-class pass valid across any of their studios. For those seeking a sauna escape, we have are partherning up with the guys at Fad Saoil that are gifting some amazing treatments. More prizes to be announced.

This is an optional donation event. You are welcome to join even if you can't afford to contribute any money. However, to qualify for entry into the raffle, we have set a minimum amount.

Donations above 7€ or a bus ticket will enable you get you a shot at those prizes, even if you cant make it to the event.

if you dont drive, a bus will be leaving 777 restaurant from George Street, where food will be served beforehand.
