Sly Saturday w/ Comedian Mike Bend

Mike Bend was born in Nashville, Tennessee and raised in Jacksonville, FL. He studied business administration at Florida A&M University. His career began as a event coordinator and host of the NFL events in Jacksonville, FL. With much encouragement from his friends and colleagues he pursued stand-up comedy and acting. He’s had several stand-up performances and starred in many acclaimed plays in Jacksonville, FL and to grow further he decided to move to Atlanta, GA. Mike co-starred in the film Past Due which has recently won the pitching segment of Sundance. Mike has starred in several plays in Atlanta and has started his own sketch comedy stage & television show called The Mike Bend Show. His most notable work thus far has been his guest appearances on Ricky Smiley Shows. So far, the sky is the limit for this talented, powerhouse.
