Fall into ‘Adventures in Slumberland!’
This immersive literary cabaret produced by the Poetry Brothel Toronto and hosted by its Madame, Titania, Queen of the Fairies, will be one night only, just after the summer solstice.
On June 25th join our colourful cast of poets and specialty performers at Ground Control in Toronto’s downtown west end for Adventures in Slumberland: a surreal pyjama party inspired by the whimsy and wonder of dreams.
Drift through the fantastical realm of Slumberland, plunge into Nightmareland, and let our poets be your ferry people through the ether, Dreamers! Create the costume of your childhood dreams, and awaken to lucid wonder. Engage in intimate, dreamy orocate poetry readings during intermission and after the show, which will be sure to reawaken your sense of chilike wonder. Explore what it means to be awake, in a state of play and boundless beauty.
