All Sundays in May 2026, our very own, Julia will host a slow flow yoga class in the Skipperdome! The class will be donation based.
All shapes, sizes, ages, genders and skill levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat, towel and bottled water to keep hydrated throughout the class.
