Oh oh, it's that time again! Another Tap Takeover at Dia’legd is just around the corner, and we've really been looking forward to this one! ?On Friday 26 April (formerly known as 'Store Bededag' ?) , the brewing Co-op based out of the old Vridsløselille prison in Albertslund, Slowburn Brewing Co-op, are taking over the best taps at Dia'legd with a small handful of carefully selected (and freshly kegged) brews ? Don't miss out on these spring shenanigans, because if you do, you'll miss the chance meet the brewer, and ask him all of those questions you've been pondering ??♂️

About Slowburn Brewing Co-op:
Slowburn Brewing Co-op is a worker-owned cooperative brewery situated in the old Vridsløselille prison in Albertslund, just outside Copenhagen. They opened the brewery in August 2019 and in the spring of '23 they opened a new brewery taproom in the prison with pop-up events focused on community through art, music, food, science and great beer.
Slowburn brew a wide range of different styles - everything from traditional brews, like Pilsner or Brown Ale, to more modern interpretations of what beer can - or is supposed to - be, like Double IPAs, Mixed Fermentation Sour or even Imperial Stouts.
The brewing philosophy focuses on quality, consistency and drinkability, which is achieved through great attention to detail throughout the brewing process, along with high quality raw materials, and with a particular focus on yeast and fermentation management.
The brewery is a worker-owned cooperative. This means that the business is democratically - and independently - run and governed by the working members of the cooperative via a general assembly.
