Slow down for an afternoon of creativity, fragrance, and connection.

Slow Pour: Artisanal Candle Making & Fragrance Workshop is a beginner-friendly, instructor-led experience where participants explore fragrance blending and create one hand-poured scented candle.

No previous experience is required.

Fragrance Exploration

Discover top, middle, and base notes while exploring candle-safe fragrance materials.

Choose and blend your preferred scents using the provided workshop formula and supplier-approved usage limits.

Candle Making

With live instructor guidance, participants will:

• Prepare a candle vessel and secure the wick.
• Measure wax and fragrance.
• Work with pre-heated wax at supervised stations.
• Pour one scented candle.
• Secure the wick during initial cooling.

Electric heating equipment is used, with no open-flame testing.

Finishing & Social Time

While candles cool, personalize your candle label, review care instructions, and enjoy relaxed conversation with fellow participants.

Take home your handmade candle in protective packaging once approved for transport, along with instructions for safe cooling, curing, and future use.

One handmade candle is included with each workshop admission.
