About this Event

Join us for Slow Motion Sunday, an intimate Friendsgiving wellness experience designed to help women slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a little time for themselves.

We're creating a beautiful space to move our bodies, share good food, connect with other women, and celebrate the joy of simply being present.

What to expect:

  • A guided stretch and movement experience with Jess, creator of Desire Dance Series
  • Delicious catered brunch
  • Connection, laughter, and good energy
  • A warm, welcoming atmosphere to unwind and recharge
