Slow Flow Yoga & Sound Bath

Join yogi, Lori Madl, for a guided slow flow yoga sequence that underlines calm within the body and mind while surrounded by the healing medicine of plants. This session involves holding poses while taking several rounds of breath rather than quicker breath-to-movement. All levels welcome; modifications available. BYOMat.

As we hold poses, sound healer and Reiki Practitioner, Nicole Chandler Eng of Westerly Wellbeing, offers Reiki-infused sound therapy. The frequencies and vibrations, combined with the healing power of Reiki, converge with the body's energy to bring balance and harmony for overall well-being. The session ends with an extended savasana while participants are serenaded by the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls and other instruments while currounded by the serenity of plants at Q Ideas Plant Shop.
