About this Event
This Slow Flow Vinyasa class is an invitation to explore heart opening in a way that feels supportive, intentional, and honest. Instead of pushing into deep backbends or forcing the body to “open,” we’ll move slowly and thoughtfully, allowing the heart to soften when it feels ready.
Anahata, Sanskirt for the heart chakra, is often associated with love and compassion, but it’s also where we learn how to hold boundaries, build trust, and stay connected to ourselves without overwhelm. In this class, we’ll explore that balance through mindful movement, steady breath, and supported heart-opening shapes that create strength and stability before expansion.
Expect a slow, intentional flow that will challenge you physically through sustained holds and conscious transitions, while also offering space to notice what’s happening emotionally. We’ll begin with heart-centered breathwork, move through a grounding and fluid vinyasa, and close with a short guided meditation in savasana—followed by quiet rest.
This class isn’t about how deep you go. It’s about how present you are with yourself.
✨ Please bring your mat, water, and an open heart.
