Come and experience free form dance in a former spiritual church space, a beautiful room, located in the heart of Copenhagen, right by the lakes. Here, you will have the opportunity to connect with yourself and your inner power – in your vulnerability, your sensuality, and your strength.
Free form dance is an experience where I will guide you to feel your body as it is that day and use your breath to release tension and stored energy. The dance will grow in dynamics, moving your entire body. It is a dance that moves the mind and creates space for you to be yourself – just as you are.
This dance form is my life practice, my source of energy, and my connection to the body. I am both happy and grateful for the opportunity to dance in this beautiful space with the gentlest light.

About Linda: Linda is a free spirit in the truest sense of the word. Her entire being vibrates with dance, and her deep sensitivity allows her to embrace and sense everyone in the room. She teaches free form dance at Ofelia Plads and once a month at the Opera. Linda has danced most of her life at various dance schools in Copenhagen and has attended courses in contact improvisation, creative dance, and personal development. Today, she hosts dance events and workshops, including Joyful Free form Dance for businesses and organizations.
