Spend the beginning of class unwinding with slow flow movement and then settle in for relaxing restorative poses.
Restorative yoga is a passive style of yoga that utilizes props to allow the body to open and relax.
This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind.
This is a 75 min class.
It is the perfect complement to an active practice.
No previous yoga experience required.
Please dress in layers and bring socks.
If you have your own props, please bring:
1 yoga mat
2 blocks
1 strap or belt
1 bolster
3-5 blankets/quilts/towels
*we do have extra blankets*
Drop-ins welcome, $20 per class.
