Slow Fashion Clothing Swap + Meetup - Seattle

We're hitting the road and hosting some small summer slow fashion swaps across the US this summer! Join the Isthmus App and @SellTradeSlowFashion communities, and others on their slow, sustainable fashion journeys to:

Trade items in-person

Bring your items to the event (no need to drop them off before)! We'll mostly be trading contemporary women's slow fashion pieces, but feel free to bring other clothing too!

Expect sustainable fashion brands like Elizabeth Suzann, Ace & Jig, Nettle Studios, Beaton Linen, Girlfriend Collective, Nooworks, Misha & Puff, Arq, and more!

No worries if you also have no items to bring. Come to learn and meet others! All are welcome no matter where you are on your slow fashion journey!

Try on and see items

Interested in a brand but want to see it in person or try it on before you trade/buy? Want to learn more about sustainable fashion in general? Come try other's items and find your next favorite brand or item!

Participate in a workshop

We plan to have a crafting workshop at each event. No need to bring any supplies as we will have everything you need. We are still finalizing these workshops. Do you have a skill like mending, knitting, upcycling, etc. you would like to teach? Message us on Instagram!

Get to know each other

Now is the time to get to know those you follow on Instagram, in the Isthmus App, and new friends too! We can't wait to meet everyone in person!

The events are open to all who love slow fashion or want to learn more so please share with friends who even may be new to slow fashion too!

Enjoy food and beverages

We'll have food and drinks to enjoy. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions in the RSVP form.

The Seattle event will take place in the Queen Anne neighborhood. More to come on the workshop and exact location. Make sure to RSVP to get the details!

We are taking safety at our event seriously. Please follow the below to promote the health and well-being of attendees and event organizers:

• Please do not attend f you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, change in smell or taste, or other symptoms of COVID-19. Please also do not attend if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
• All events will be outdoors. Some locations will be in the yards of homes and event organizers/homeowners kindly ask you to wear a mask if you need to go indoors to use the facilities or to try on items.
