Slow Down at Stu’s

Join us for a candlelit evening of grounding movement and restorative sound inside the warm, art-filled space of Stu’s House Gallery. This intimate class is designed to help you gently unwind, reconnect with your breath, and end your day in deep ease. Event Details: 🗓 Monday, February 2nd. 🕡 Doors open at 6:30 PM 🧘🏾‍♀️ Class begins at 7:00 PM — 45 minutes of gentle, accessible yoga — 15-minute sound bath savasana ⏳ Total duration: 1 hour Bring your own mat, any props you love (blocks, bolster, blanket), and a mug— we’ll have tea ready to sip before or after class. All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is needed. Come settle in, breathe deeply, and soak in the cozy glow of this community-centered evening. We can’t wait to share space with you.
