Two workshops for Slow Balboa in one day:
The first class is from 10 to Noon and is on the Dean's Basic
Then a lunch break from Noon to 2
Then the second class is from 2 to 4 and is on the Laminu Basic
Located in the Historic USO building in downtown Wilmington, at Orange and 2nd St
Ticket link is attached to this event to buy tickets in advance, tickets for the workshops are $20 each
There is also a social dance later this day! Live music with the Wilmington Big Band. You can purchase a ticket for that through the same link as this workshop if you would like to attend that as well. A full day pass is discounted to $50.
We suggest clothes that are comfortable to exercise in and to wear shoes that are not too grippy on the floor to make any spins and movement easier! Feel free to reach out or ask any additional questions that would make you more comfortable getting started with swing dancing or showing up for your first class!
