Thanksgiving edition: will start an hour later this week only! Will be collecting non-parishable items to donate to a food bank. Coffee provided after - bring your own mug/cup!
Join us every Thursday morning for a very easy effort 4-ish mile run (aka, “SloMo on SoMo”). Perfect for runners new to trails, combatting a midweek slump, and/or recovery miles. All paces are welcome! A course leader and sweeper will be designated to help guide runners.
The route is out and back unless otherwise noted (can be shortened by turning back early). Check sunrise times to see if a headlamp is needed!
There is also be a hiking leader for a non-runners! The hike is 25 minutes out and 25 minutes back on the same route as the run and will have a designated leader.
