Join us every Thursday morning for a very easy effort 4-ish mile run (aka, “SloMo on SoMo”). Perfect for runners new to trails, combatting a midweek slump, and/or recovery miles. This is a no-drop run, and course leaders will wait for everyone at all critical junctures. This route is out and back unless otherwise noted (can be shortened by turning back early). Check sunrise times to see if a headlamp is needed!
