Join Sarit for SloMo Movement, a unique new offering that invites you to slow down and move mindfully. Inspired by tai chi, yoga, Nia, and meditation practices, this session offers a gentle movement flow, followed by a short sitting meditation.
Set in the serene gardens of the Thomas Center, under the shade of a majestic oak tree, this Friday afternoon session is the perfect way to unwind and ease into your weekend.
* Bring a yoga mat or blanket, a meditation cushion/chair if you have one, and a bottle of water
* Open to all—no prior experience required!
* Donation-based
Take a pause from the rush of life, connect with yourself and others, and let nature guide your movement and stillness. See you under the oak tree!
