After being repeatedly mistaken for the real Jon Bon Jovi, Slippery When Wet frontman Jason Morey knew he had to take advantage of his resemblance to the musical icon. Jason had grown up listening to Bon Jovi’s classic rock albums, including the eponymous Slippery When Wet. As the only authorized Bon Jovi tribute band, Slippery When Wet has now played more than 2000 shows, pulling from the exact live arrangements used by Bon Jovi throughout the 2000s. No matter the venue, each show brings the energy of an electrifying 20,000-seat arena rock show.
