Slinky Thing is an eight-piece band that has been playing the music of Steely Dan and Donald Fagen for over a dozen years.Band leader Bruce Linde says, “Just as jazz players play music from The Real Book, we play music from the Steely Dan and Fagen songbooks. We love and honor the songs but are not a note-for-note tribute band. As great as these songs are to listen to, they’re even more fun to play!"
Players include: Karla Downey (lead vox, percussion), Bruce Linde (lead vox, bass), Bill Sparks (sax), Peter Libby (drums), Bruce Tompkins (guitar, vox), Brian Osborn (guitar), Neal Roston (keyboards), John Pritchard (keyboards).

Tickets are $25 general admission. Children under 12 are free. Advance tickets are available at the link below, or you may purchase your tickets at the door the night of the show. Doors open one hour before show time.
We accept cash or Venmo only at the door (ATMs are nearby).
The Back Room is an all-ages, BYOB (for those 21+) space, dedicated to (mostly) acoustic music of all kinds. You are welcome to bring your own food and adult beverages with no additional corkage fee. Please note: Only 60 tickets will be sold, and we expect all or most of them to be bought in advance. (Reimbursement for cancellation is guaranteed with 24-hour notice, and rain may cause a cancellation from our end). If a show is sold out, you may contact Sam via email ([email protected]) for permission to bring your own seats (and be charged at the "door" instead of in advance).
Please keep in mind that late afternoons can be chillier than expected, even on a warm spring day, especially when sitting still, so bring an extra layer! Cups of water will be available, but it might be a good idea to bring your own drinks/snacks.
