In this workshop you will be introduced to foundational duo moves on the Double Sling. Students will learn to communicate and execute complex skills with a partner. You will learn synchro moves with both partners in in a sling as well as base and flier positions and partner balances. No partner required. Please wear socks for this workshop and be mindful of personal hygiene, expecting close encounters with classmates.
Who should take this?
This workshop would be good for Cirque Wonderland students who have completed Sling Basics and/or any aerialist who is comfortable with:
>> Inverts from ground with little/no jumping
>> Salto sits
>> A solid front balance/hip hold
>> Comfort with spinning is helpful, but not required
